4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
PlantPetz uses artificial intelligence to provide plant identification and care recommendations. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional horticultural, agricultural, or medical advice. Hello Tomorrow LLC is not liable for any harm, plant damage, or loss resulting from following AI-generated suggestions. Always consult a professional for critical plant care decisions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology within PlantPetz is owned by Hello Tomorrow LLC. You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the app's services.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hello Tomorrow LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PlantPetz.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
